Information you choose to send
Cardology Pro may receive information you submit through reading requests, intake forms, contact messages, email replies, checkout flows, or other voluntary communication. This may include a name, email address, birth date, relationship context, question, order selection, and any details you include for a reading.
Do not submit medical records, financial account numbers, legal documents, passwords, or highly sensitive information that is not needed for a Cardology reading or support request.
Payments and order handling
Cardology Pro may use third-party payment and checkout providers to process orders. Cardology Pro does not need to store full card numbers to deliver a report or reading. Payment providers may collect transaction details under their own policies.
Order details are used to confirm the selected reading, deliver the requested report or response, resolve support questions, prevent abuse, and maintain basic business records.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use privacy-conscious analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google analytics tags, server logs, or similar tools to understand page performance, traffic sources, popular content, crawl health, and conversion paths.
Browsers, analytics tools, hosting providers, and embedded media platforms may use cookies, local storage, IP address information, user-agent strings, referrer URLs, and device or browser metadata. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
AI-assisted reading workflows
Some reports or drafts may be prepared with software tools or AI-assisted workflows and then shaped for clarity, usefulness, and the Cardology Pro editorial standard. Reading details are used only to answer the request, improve the process, maintain records, and support the user relationship.
Because reading quality depends on context, only submit information you are comfortable having used for that requested reading or support interaction.
Sharing and retention
Cardology Pro does not sell personal reading details. Information may be shared with service providers that help host the site, process payments, deliver messages, analyze performance, protect the service, or fulfill the requested reading.
Records may be retained as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, legal compliance, accounting, and quality control. You can request correction or deletion through the contact page, subject to records Cardology Pro must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Contact
For privacy questions, corrections, access requests, or deletion requests, use the Cardology Pro contact page and include enough context to identify the message, order, or page involved.
