Refunds and delivery
How Cardology Pro handles refunds, cancellations, duplicate charges, and reading corrections.
Quick answer
Custom digital readings are generally easiest to refund before work begins. Delivery errors, duplicate charges, and calculation mistakes can be reviewed through the contact page.

Digital reading work
Cardology Pro readings and reports are digital, custom, interpretive work. Once a custom report or personal reading has been started, drafted, delivered, or substantially prepared, refunds may be limited because time and custom work have already been committed.
If you ordered the wrong option or made a mistake, contact Cardology Pro as soon as possible before work begins.
Cancellations before work begins
If a cancellation request is received before custom work begins, Cardology Pro may cancel and refund the order, or help move the payment to a more appropriate reading option.
If the request is incomplete and required intake details are never provided, Cardology Pro may pause delivery until the needed information is received or discuss cancellation options through the contact page.
Delivery problems and corrections
If a delivered report has a calculation error, missing intake detail that Cardology Pro already had, broken file, duplicate delivery problem, or obvious formatting issue, contact Cardology Pro with the order context so it can be corrected.
A preference mismatch, disagreement with an interpretation, or decision not to use the reading after delivery does not automatically make a custom digital reading refundable.
Duplicate charges and payment errors
Duplicate charges, accidental repeat purchases, or payment processor errors should be reported through the contact page with the order date, amount, and email used at checkout. Confirmed duplicate charges may be refunded or resolved through the payment provider.
Abusive or unsafe requests
Cardology Pro may decline, cancel, or refund requests that are abusive, harassing, unsafe, outside the site scope, or framed as a demand for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
How to request help
Use the contact page and include the order option, payment email, purchase date, and the issue you want resolved. Do not send full payment card numbers or sensitive account credentials.
